Small Group Ministry

Small Group Ministry includes Small Group events, discussion groups, and engagements. GM commitment to help equip people at the Grassroot level with day-to-day divine tools toward healthy spirituality. 

Spring Program: Febuary-April

Fall Program: September-November. 

MEN'S SMALL GROUP MINISTRY (Virtual Meetings)

Theme: God's favor, Life Challenges, Temptation, Personal Integrity, and Personal Leadership Development, and Leading others. Based on Biblical Characters, Personal Life Experiences, and Effective Methods of Daily Devotion.


Group Meetings:

The main text referenced will be the King James Bible and developed Study Cases for discussion. Each group member is required to bring a bible and the ability to take notes. The program is a progressive format that will enable each session to build on each other. At the end of the program each group member is requried to a report how the program have been instrumental in developing spiritual maturity. The duration of each small group program is 3 months over 6 sessions. The format of each group session will be a virtual meeting via Zoom and the frequency of each session will meet bi-weekly on Wednesday Evenings at 6pm. Each group session will be for 2 hours.

Group Members:

Group size will not exceed 12 individuals. Each group member is at least 18 years of age and are committed to participate and engage in developing their spiritual relationship with God. Group members are Christians and are members of a church or Christian assembly. 

Personal Conduct:

Each group member is expected to conduct themselves in professional manner while engaging others in the zoom meeting room, breakout discussion groups, and in engaging in the chat forum. 

Confidentiality & Private Information:

Each group member will maintain confidentiality and not share confidential information about anyone or share any private information heard or discussed in the group sessions. Each group member will be required to turn on cameras but do have the right to decline and be removed from the group meetings. Meetings will be recorded and all materials will be kept confidential and archived for group development purposes. 

Personal Equity:

Each group member will be respectful toward each other and respect personal differences, values, gender, race, and any protected classes that may exist in the small group sessions.
