The Glory Mission Church was founded, March 6, 2008, under the leadership of Rev. Leanora Richards, who contributed more than forty years in the ministry servicing the community in England, Jamaica, and United States. The Glory Mission Church provides leadership consistent with the teachings of Jesus Christ, and the principles of prayer, and the demonstration of the Holy Ghost. This mandate was founded upon prayer, constantly in fellowship with God and in demonstration of the Holy Spirit and power of God. “Men ought always to pray and not faint” Luke: 18:1. We pray that we will not grow weary or impatient but grow stronger with spiritual courage knowing that we are sons and daughters of God. 

God's Calling...

Conrad's ministry began in the 1980s where he served in the Musical Ministry. During Conrad’s career development he remained true to his Christian faith and later accepted leadership to impact humanity. Conrad was ordained in 2008 as an elder of the Glory Mission Church, London, and in 2009 was appointed as an ordained Pastor to lead Community and Small Discussion Groups in Queens, 2012 Conrad became a member of New Life Fellowship Church, and served on the Worship Team and later in 2015 became active in the New Life Fellowship Church EHS program targeting small group fellowship as a table leader. Conrad also maintain leadership of Glory Mission in New York under the direction of Rev. Leanora Richards. 2017, Rev. Leanora Richards transition into God's Kingdom and Conrad assumed leadership of Glory Mission in New York

Conrad is also a Professor who teaches Business Policy, Research, and Business Decision Making among others vocational business disciplines. Conrad is also a certified coach and mentor to many professionals and individuals across many industries and personal backgrounds. Conrad, is a firm believer in Christian leadership and Christian economic empowerment. Conrad remains affiliated with Shiloh Worship Centre, London England, and Bishop Mark Nicholson, Croydon, England. He maintains membership with New Life Fellowshp Church in Queens and remains affiliation with other local Churches in New York and to help spread the Gospel.

LEADERSHIP TALK series explores Church leadership and organizaitonal change. Online Leadership-Talk discussion group via ZOOM targets church leadership. A leader must take special responsibility for the direction of the organization that includes effective leadership, conflict management, setting governance and controls, responding to cultural changes, and society. Church leaders must be emotionally and spiritually competent to manage all aspects of church operations while communicating effectively the church vision, mission, and objectives. A leader must have a pulse on its congregational spritual and socioeconomic needs targeting strong Christian Family Vaues, Christian Financial Planning, and Christians as Community Stakeholder toward Enconmic Empowerment.
