Glory Mission Society composed of GMIM and GMCD, a nondenominational virtual community targeting a deeper relationship with God through fellowship and community fellowship toward a healthy emotional and spiritual consciousness, Christian fellowship reinforces the essentials of modern living, and to understand the tools toward emotional and spiritual development through Christ Jesus. As society struggles with day-to-day demands it is crucial to be of sound mind, emotionally matured, and spiritual competence, and the application of divine Godly wisdom.

Glory Mission International Ministries 

Established in 2010 under the direction of the late Rev Leanora Richards to serve and outreach the global community. The leadership of GMIM was assumed by Pastor Conrad R. Richards in May 2017.GMIM maintains a virtual assembly through telecasted streaming fellowship through social media and other media centers. The Headquarter is based in Queens New York the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world. GMIM vision and mission is centered on a multicultural, global perspective, by accommodating various languages and cultures to accept Christ. Currently GMIM is exploring affiliations in North America, Canada, England-London, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, pacific Islands and Africa to advance an authentic emotional and spiritual approach to Christianity. Our ministries intend to be administered in different languages to reach those who need to be awakening emotionally and spiritually. We hope to join forces with leaders, churches, and organizations that share the same perspective and passion based on the principles of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

Glory Mission Community Development

Established in 2010 under the direction of the late Rev Leanora Richards GMCD was established to be committed to Bible Research, Publications, and Studies. There are three focus areas: (1)The Study of Christian Leadership, Leading Comunities, Culture, and Change (2) The Study of Christian Development (3) and Community Development targeting Christian Families, Christian Financial Planning, and Christians as Stakeholders in Community. Pastor Conrad R. Richards, on May 2017 continues the mission to develop publications and study bible forums for Christian hood. GMCD provides virtual fellowship and bible discussion sessions known as BIBLE TALK. Bible Talk is dedicated to unveiling the truth of healthy spiritual living through virtual study groups and discussion sessions. Glory Mission Community Development is dedicated toward the enlightenment and development of the human experience within the context of the Christian faith, exploring how our intellectual, emotional, spiritual. social, health, wellness, and economics  impacts a godly approach and fosters healthy relationships in true love and the practice of wisdom to be fruitful. Through virtual discussion sessions we are dedicated to explore the wisdom and nature of divinity, the origin and purpose of our lives toward a healthy existence in Christ Jesus. Glory Mission Community Development is committed to unveiling the truth of the "Rule of Life"Through sponsors and charity donors we are committed to assist those who are in need of spiritual guidance. The “Rule of Life” includes developing our eternal spirituality and our relationship to people and environment. We must aspire to develop our wisdom of temporal things and the laws that governs the environment we live. We must be good stewards of earthy possessions knowing that God has made all things for appropriate use we must learn not to be consumed by them. Therefore, through God’s wisdom we are enabled. It is important to understand personal finance, home ownership, marriage, family planning, and community. All human developmental stages are integrated with good Christian hood. Through sponsors and charity donors we are committed to assist communities in becoming actualized in God eternal spirit.

Commitment Glory Mission Society provides the overarching vision and mission for Glory Mission which is two folds, to engage in global fellowship outreach initiatives and development of community Christian Spirituality through media, publications, and studies.   

Community Leadership

Dr. Conrad R. Richards

Pastor, Dr. Conrad R. Richards, is a devoted Christian, Community leader, Professor, and Counselor. His primary goal is centered on impacting change in the lives of others. Conrad assumed leadership of Glory Mission in New York in May 2017 and leads a virtual assembly. 

GM Society serves its members and affiliated churches, organizations, and not-for-profit institutions businesses in community enrichment and spiritiual development. Conrad believes that reading and studying the Bible is important but if one does not practice, such knowledge becomes null and void. Spiritual growth from the inside out is a daily walk with God, that helps us to understand our drive of survival and fear, pleasure and guilt, willpower and shame, love and grief, truth and lies, insight and illusions, thoughts and attachments, through God's wisdom we are enbled. It is our development through the teachings of Christ Jesus, the integration of God's universal laws, our personal experiences and relationship development, and our personal decisions in thought and deed that convicts us. The central theme is God's wisdom and love, and how we apply it in our daily lives. Conrad believes in marriage and through his own experiences and derailments, he believes marriage counseling is a necessary prerequisite to a healthy spiritual bond. Conrad provides marriage counseling and marriage ceremonial duties. Conrad is a marriage official since 2011, in the City of New York, pursuant to section 11-B of Domestic Relations Law. Conrad provides relationships counseling, pre-marital counseling, and marriage derailment counseling, and divorce advisement. Conrad also believes through strong christian family values, christian financial planning, and christian as community stakeholders in homeownership provides a foundation for a strong family and community. Conrad who possess a doctorate targeting in Leadership and Organizational Change Management, integrated with Christian ministry offers Church Leadership programs that targets Leadership Engagement, Leading Community, and Leading Cultural Change.
