Congregational Leader & Conflict This session is designed to provide you with an opportunity to carefully reflect on your personal conflict style and use of resolution strategies. Based on your Holy Scriptures, personal reflection, provide a personal history of your conflict style. Please consider the following items:
(a) Past — Describe your conflict style in the past. What has been your “default” conflict style, or what conflict style has been most natural for you in the past? Please reflect on some examples of how conflict was handled in your life; these examples may be from personal or professional settings. What factors have contributed to the conflict style you have adopted? Please consider family upbringing, personal experience, along with an administrered personality assessment that will be provided.
(b) Present — Describe your present conflict style. What is your current style for handling conflict? What is a current situation or relationship you are engaged in that is forcing you to think about your personal conflict style? How do the foundational issues of one’s life and personality related to your conflict style?
(c) Future — Describe your personal goals for your future style of conflict management. What conflict style do you wish to nurture in your life? What does the Bible have to say about our style of engaging in conflict? How may you grow toward a healthier and more biblical style of conflict engagement?
Once you have reflected on your personal conflict style history, please reflect on how you may implement a strategy of conflict resolution among congregational or organizational teams in your church. Again, base your reflections and conclusions on bible readings, personality inventory, the related literature, and personal experience. Please address the following:
(a) What are the essential components of a conflict resolution strategy?
(b) What are some examples of how conflict was resolved in the Bible? Please develop some principles for conflict resolution from these biblical texts.
(c) May these principles and strategies for conflict resolution be applied in both individual and organizational contexts?
What may differ between these two settings?
(d) How will a person’s relationship with God and one’s personal capacity affect his or her ability to engage in healthy conflict resolution—both individual and Church organizational?
Leading Congregational Communities Readings from the Bible and class interaction, life experience, the related literature, and other appropriate resources, provide an overview of the congregational governance structure and church polity for the community of which you are part.
In this overview, ground your discussion in the related literature, providing both a description of your church governance structures and practices, as well as reflection on the biblical and theological grounds for this structure. After providing this overview, present your approach to developing and collaborating with church leaders within this congregation structure.

Culture and Change Leadership Team Presentation Based on the course reading, course presentations, the related literature, relevant journal articles, and your personal research of an organization,
please evaluate the identity and culture of a church or ministry organization. Your evaluation must include three parts—Analysis, Evaluation, and Recommendations for Change.
Emotionally Healthy Spiritualty has its roots in emotional health and the contemporary practice of spirituality. Christians today need a practical perspective formed out of the teachings of Jesus Christ to master the challenges of today's demanding contemporary world. This group study program seeks to assess your emotional and spiritual maturity and through discussions and practical exercises. Participants are able to increase their emotional and spiritual awareness of self and others toward personal growth in God's perfect love.

Spiritual Intelligent Leader has its roots in Emotional Intelligence and Multiple Intelligence as we examine human potential. However Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) provides a broader perspective horizontally and vertically based on God's spiritual laws that governs the universe. God the universal intelligence of all things provides a guide to how we ought to live according to the divine plan. According to such principles we are able to measure how aligned your perspectives, practices, habits, tendencies, values, and motives are and determine your wisdom and compassion toward sustainable leadership of self and others.Leaders of self and others require universal awareness of the impact of one's thoughts, selection of ideas, and decision-making and how it impacts upon the immediate environment and other interconnected eventualities. Leaders who lead followers, teams, and organizations are considered to be visionaries where they engage in the higher self to seek solutions, innovations, inspirations, and discoveries. The mastery of spiritual intelligence allows an individual to identify, articulate, and transmute such mental energies into working practical solutions. This program seeks to assess your spiritual intelligence, provide guidance and mentorship toward the higher self for sustainable results in one's personal life, workplace, and family.

Discussion Group, targets Mental Health and Wellness maintenance, strategies, and coping mechanism, through peer support group discussions targeting life shattering events impacting personal and professional stability - upheavals, major crisis, layoffs, divorce, financial derailment, bankruptcy, joblessness, foreclosure, loss of health, and bereavement. Mental health strain is also caused by the way we emotionally manage our day-to-day demands, which impacts our emotions, feelings, thoughts, perspectives, and behavior toward a personal derailment. According to national statistics 1 in 5 documented Adults 20% of the national population suffer from mental health conditions, which translate to over 40 million Americans. Undocumented mental health conditions among people today may be exponentially greater than the national statistics. Mental health is worsening as people struggle to manage and respond to basic aspects of their lives, which may include – individuality, family, professional careers, financial demands, health and wellness, personal value, and personal belief systems. Severe depression is increasing at an alarming rate with insufficient treatment. Emotional health management discussion groups through peer support can be a possible avenue to create an emotional exhaust value where people one can exhale, be still, be calm, be reflective, be heard, be nurtured, and be supported.

Family development, Career development, and Business. Church Members as Christian professionals or business owners must follow the rule of life pass on to us from God the father. Based on the readings of the Bible will discussion the importance of family values and planning, career education priorities, career planning, and business ownership. How to manage Conflict and setbacks. Describe your conflict style in the coping and decision making? do you make decisions based on feelings? Please reflect on some examples of how decision were made regarding your family, career, and business ventures. These examples may be from personal or professional settings. Based on personality inventory, and completed questionnaire What decision are like to change? Determine a strategy that is based on formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation.
formulate a plan that is measurable achievable, rewarding, and timely. then determine implementation of steps and task to be completed, then, evaluate your performance and learning adjustments.
Engaging in developmental plan. determine what family items you would like to change. Please consider family upbringing, personal experience, habbits, along with an administrered personality inverntory and questionnaire profile report that will be provided.
Church Members Christian Financial Planning begins with Tithes and Offerings of the first fruit. The Blessings of God is conscously based on us making conscious decision to God. Giving of our best to God's Kingdom. Based on the readings of the Bible we will discuss the importance of presenting our best to God first. We will also discuss God's expectation of us to make good with the resources he as entrusted to us. Do you have a vision or imagination of what you need? Have you wondered what it would be like to acquire what you desire in your life? Setting the stage for God's blessing is essential. "Seek and ye shall find" "Knock and it shall be open". Therefore God needs us to be specific and intentional in our requests. We will explore Financial Planning Strategies, Understanding the importance of Personal Budget, Cash Flow, Excess, Reserves (Savings), and Spending power .
Church Members as Homeowners have a stake in their communities and are able to shape the direction of their communities. Are you tired of renting? Do you want to own your own home? Our discussion about the importance of homeownershp and becoming a stakeholder in your community will be the focus. Based on the readings of the Bible will discussion the importance of homeownership and how this is God's intention toward prosperity. We will explore credit scores, savings and budgeting, the benefits in owning a home, methods in buying a home, and various financing options. We will explore qualifying tables that determines buying power. Discussion will also include homeowner financial obligations and committments, derailment factors such as layoffs and divorces and the importance of reserves. How to manage fear and set a purchasing goal in faith.
LEADERSHIP-TALK series on Church leadership. leadership and engagement, leading communities, culture and change. A leader must take special responsibility for the direction of the organization which includes conflict, setting governance and controls, and cultural changes. A leader must be emotionally and spiritually competent to manage all subgroups of operations while communicating effectively the church vision. A leader must have a pulse on its congregational socioeconomic needs targeting strong Christian Family Vaues, Christian Financial Planning, and Christians as Stakeholders in Community.
